Sunday morning is always a good time for pancakes and this new lifestyle doesn't hold us back too much. Here's a picture of Morgan's breakfast. I cut up some strawberries and heated them with a little Splenda, water, and Walden Farms pancake syrup. Yum yum!

How did you get them so pretty? When I tried to make pancakes (w/ a different recipe), they stuck like crazy...they tasted okay, but they looked like a pile of mush!! Any advice?
I cooked these on my griddle - really didn't do anything special - but what I have noticed is that you need to give things plenty of time to cook on the bottom before you try to turn them. I guess that firms up the bottoms and keeps them from sticking. I didn't use any PAM or anything.
